Had my car services and asked to look at backseat a/c cause it was blowing warm air. Was told I didn't have the a/c on. So they never fixed it and now I have to take it back when It should have been fixed the first time. I DO KNOW HOW TO TURN IT ON!. IM NOT STUPID.

I rented a vehicle online, drove 45 minutes to pickup the vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't have enough room to accommodate my needs. Staff was very pleasant though.

Recently had our vehicle in for an alignment and rotation. We were promised free rotations since we purchased the tires from them. Upon arrival they tried charging my wife for the rotation and to take the cake they never even got rotated as I had the tires marked. I'm starting to wonder if the alignment even got done.

Made an appointment to buy a car for my daughter. My appointment was at 2:00 pm the next day and the car was suppose to be detailed and ready by the time I got there. Showed up at 2 and signed papers and then found out the car wouldn’t be done until 5 or 6 which left me waiting there for 2 and a half hours. During that time I overheard some salesman talking about a customer who was upset and they said they didn’t care if that customer came back because they would sell more cars regardless which was very unprofessional with clients sitting only six foot away. As for having to wait over two hours and not being able to pick my kid up from school all we got was a I’m sorry and we will try and do better. No gas card, free oil change nothing just bye bye and to top it off when I looked through the vehicle there was still dirt and dust everywhere. Will never ever go back. The only pleasant part about our purchase was their salesman Kenny who was a very nice and polite young man.

Sold my son a truck that within a month has to have top engine repairs done that are almost the exact price that he paid for the truck. Was told they did diagnostic before they put the truck out on the lot but evidently did not

There is a salesman that stuck out, he helped my brother and helped me out. He knows a lot about the vehicles your looking at. He’s a Chevy guy too. He works with you and tries to give you the best deal. Thanks Kenny for all the help.
