This place is an absolute JOKE. My mother blew within 6 months, they didn’t wanna help me AT ALL. So I replaced it and wasn’t paying on it while it was getting fixed, when I got the car back I called them told them and set up payment plans. I’ve been giving them over 100$ a week. Walk outside to get in my car from work and it was gone. This is on Sunday so of course they are not open. My wallet, purse, shoes & my house keys things I do need. They are unprofessional as very. I didn’t receive a notice or anything. I will be getting a lawyer for them. Just don’t get a car from them. I’ve been dealing with this for a year this march.

I don’t know the new receptionist name but she has long black hair she is always so polite and professional. Just thought I’d leave a review, her voice even on the phone was very professional. Thanks for always being polite.

I went in to try and purchase a car from these people. Try being the operative word. I have 5 years of rental history with the same person, 4 years at my previous employer and I just switched jobs in the same field. I only have 2 months at current employer. I've always paid cash in full for vehicles and I had an issue with identity theft 5 years ago and have spent over 3k in the last years on lawyers getting things removed, so as of right now I can't get traditional financing. My landlord even called and talked to the gentleman and vouched payment history even to go as far as saying he would cosign, and they would not budge on the current employer prerequisite. I asked to speak to the owner 4 different times, and I believe my landlord asked to speak with him, and the man Brian absolutely refused to contact him, unless I knew him personally. Oh and I forgot to mention I offered 3 times the down payment wanted. Yes I have savings, yes I pay my bills, I was not expecting to buy another car this year so taxes went to other large bills. My daughter has severe health issues and we have an appointment at a children's hospital 4 hours away from where we live in Bassett. These people have no heart and lead for brains.

They will get you a car no credit needed. Hit or miss if it'll break down on you within the next months. Trash customer service at best. Rude when you call. Lazy is a compliment for whoever works the desk. Asked for payoff and she didn't want to get a calculator to get an exact amount. If you send the payoff amount and your owed anything back less than $50/60 they will keep it because "most people don't care about that much "

Sold a vehicle knowing they treated the motor to stop the noise. Motor blew 3 weeks after purchase. Was informed your problem either pay it off or end up in court

The guy was being rude from the moment he first talked to me. I’m Native American and he basically told me I couldn’t finance because I work for my tribe smh what a joke! Never heard of that before! Meanwhile I have auto express saying they could finance me. If you want awesome business, go to auto express instead!

Very very poor place they are nothing but a joke and the owner himself is a crook bought a Vehicle from them worked on it before we even got it then had a lot of problems. Neglected to contact back after numerous calls about the problems we sever having then was told her recently that the transmission has been bad in it for longer than we’ve had it…so for future reference for everyone don’t buy cars or trucks from these crook’s

They are honestly a joke. My vehicle didn’t have air bags or a horn. So when I got in a car accidents my air bags didn’t go off and I couldn’t honk my horn cause the horn wasn’t in there

Very dishonest. I made a deal with John on the phone and when I arrived at the lot 1/2 hour later, he said he sold the car to someone else. Very suspicious.

Very honest about their vehicles! Hard to come by now days and they are very very helpful... one of the service people drove to yankton AFTER HOURS to help get me back in my car. 5 STARS AND 5 THUMBS UP!!
