I was supposed to have an appointment but he cancelled at the last minute and said he could do it later in the day since he was called out of town. So I went to his business and he was cutting others people's hair . He says to me say your text will call you back I waited and waited for him to call back and he never did so I sent him a text saying I will get hair cut from someone else .
