I always come in here for one or two things and end up leaving with my hands full. Bigger selection than a sprouts (aside from produce) in a quarter of the space and usually costs less!

Great health foods store with a wide selection of items! Not only do they carry fresh produce, dairy and grocery items but many supplements, snacks and kitchen gadgets as well. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. You can even find some pretty neat and unique gifts here as well. I was especially pleased to see many made in USA products available for purchase. However, I would really recommend putting prices on things. Nothing in the store was priced and I feel like this may deter the more introverted shopper away from impulse buying a gift or kitchen gadget as they are stopping in for their groceries. It can also be hard to ask employees for prices on things when they are busy with customers. Just my two cents…

This was a great store, or so I thought. It is like a mini Whole Foods or Sprout's farmers market. I purchased a bb cream from a brand that I really love. I paid for it and was not given a receipt, which I thought was weird because my friend also bought something and she was given a receipt. I go home and the next day when I am getting ready to do my makeup, I noticed the expiration date on the bottom of the product. It was EXPIRED!! The expiration date was 05/2020 and my date of purchase was September 12, 2021. This bb cream has been expired for over a year now, pretty much. I didn't check to see if the rest of the bb creams were expired, but then again I have never had a problem with expired skincare products at a store. I mean, who would have thought?? I contacted the company directly and they said that this was unacceptable. I was not able to get another bb cream from the company directly because their policy states that they need to see a receipt from products not purchased directly from their website. Since I was not even given a receipt, I couldn't get the product replaced. Oh well. I had high expectations for this store, but after this experience, I would much rather just go to Whole Foods in Omaha and support big corporations since "mom and pop" stores like to screw their customers over. As for the bb cream, I guess I can donate it to a high school's theatre department. Who knows, they might be making a movie about akward teenagers and might need an expired bb cream as a prop or something.

Has lots of vegan/ gf options for making dinners or if you're craving sweets. Most stores in town will have sparse vegan sections so if you can't find an item there definitely check this place out.

A delightful health food store with many options! My son is gluten and dairy free and I was shocked by all of the options that they had for him. And the owners are so friendly! I loved chatting with them. This store is a gem!

We were traveling through Norfolk and really impressed by this store. To start with, I found out that a spice I usually end up purchasing at big box stores for $4+ was only $2.50. It's not only this particular product- the owners work hard to keep overhead low and pass on really affordable prices for the customer ( very rare in the health food industry ). Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and a good variety of selection. Wish this store was closer to where we live -
