While on a business trip in Norfolk, I ended up with a flat tire. In addition to having a flat tire, I discovered that transit vans/cargo vans have tires that have certain load capacities. I looked everywhere for a shop that had the one tire just so I could get back home to Lincoln. Graham Tire Company had the tire. Graham Tire Company exceeded all expectations! Their speed was impressive, got me back on the road fast. Customer service was top-notch; staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued. The process was seamless, hassle-free from start to finish. A fantastic experience overall!

After taking my car to another shop twice for the same problem and spending a small fortune, Only to find out they had not fixed the problem, I took my car to Graham Tire and they knew immediately what the problem was! They were knowledgeable and thorough and gave me peace of mind that my car would be fixed properly. It's running beautifully! I'm so happy with their work!! I have been a customer here for about 13 years and they really did me dirty on Saturday. It started back a few months ago I took my tahoe in because the seat no longer moved, the pedals didn't move, and the seat warmers wouldn't work. The mechanic checked everything from under the hood all the way to the seats but couldn't go any further to take the seats out because my daughter had a bunch of stuff in the back. No problem. So I took it back 2 weeks ago to get the oil changed, tires, and get the seat fixed. They got the oil and tires done, and he spent over 2 hours trying to get the seat out which was difficult because it wouldn't move forward, of course, to get at the bolts. They told me that they will order a used module and block out a bigger time so that he could get it done and fixed for me. So 2 weeks later came on Saturday and they told me that they had another 6 hour job in there and didn't know how they would get it done, even though I had made an appintment 2 weeks prior. They didn't order the part, then told me that it was something in the door panel (which was already determined that that wasn't the problem). They did run the check engine diagnostic for us, but I really need the seat to move so I can drive it. Then as I was trying to leave they convinced my husband to have us stay and they will jump wire the seat to bring it up some so I can at least drive it. I thought they did it because they really messed up, but they charged over $100 for it plus the diag cost. So they did it for the money, not to try to make things right. So after 3 appointments my seat still doesn't work and now we have to take it to knoepflers in sioux city who assured us it will be fixed and working by Friday afternoon when we bring it in. I am just so disappointed in graham. Every vehicle I've owned and my mom's car have been taken there, and I feel like all my years of loyalty has been for nothing at all. And the past 3 times I've been there Jeff has been rude to me, which is odd because he had always been pleasant to work with.

Had a flat semi tire on a Saturday. Guy that does semi tires stayed around and got me back on the road. . Thanks

I was in need of a car repair. I called in the morning and was able to drop off my car by noon. It was done in 2 hours or less. Pleasant employees!
