Brandon has been the absolute worst insurance agent that I have ever dealt with. My mother and I had insurance with him for multiple years. She was in a hit and run and Brandon's inability and unwillingness to assist was downright disturbing. Also, his receptionist or assistant Danielle could not have been more rude and unprofessional. This office has the most despicable customer service and their ineptitude is clearly evident. Seek another agent.

I have been with Brandon and his team since 2013. I have had hail and accident claims and been treated fairly for both. When I had a fender bender, Brandon called me to ensure I was okay. He did not care about my vehicle, but wanted to make sure I was okay. He assured me that I had insurance and not to worry about a thing, he and his team would handle everything. And they did! Claims have been fast and professional. I have found the rates to be better or comparable to other insurance companies. I choose Doke- Farm Bureau Financial Services due to quality product and customer service. They treat me like I am their most important customer (I am not!) each and every time I work with them.
