We do a ton of business with Pomp's in Norfolk, NE - I am the operations manager for Graber Trucking - as of late we have had multiple drivers complain about a man named Clay that works there, he is rude to them and hard to get along with - I always just thought maybe it was a bad day, until it happened to one of our owners the week before last - we are calling ahead to get tires put on and most of the time they are tires we have PRE PAID for and our drivers are being treated like they are an inconvenience this makes me wonder - does Pomps really want or need our business....we have all owner operators and they all are knowledgeable on what they need when they schedule an appt. but they are constantly being treated rudely and then for it to happen to one of the owners is really un excusable. All of the drivers have said it is the same man named Clay they are dealing with....The techs are great to work with....why one sour apple.

They would not help me in the bitter cold when my tire was almost flat. They could not take a few minutes out of their time to help air up one tire!!!!Ridiculous

I Googled for an oil change spot near me and these guys didn’t even come up. I think their address is wrong on Google because they are right down the street from my place. They do great work at competitive prices. They even found me a lock for my wheels. Need an oil change or your tires rotated? Check them out. I was very pleased.
