After an unexpected issue with our 2021 E450 Jayco motorhome To the service team at Courtesy Ford I just can't say enough good about every single individual I came in contact with from the service advisor Tim and Blake to the service manager Monte Cahoy And anybody I may have missed thank you sincerely for the absolute stellar care, service and courtesy. We are back on the road and couldn't be happier.

Recently bought an Explorer here, and did everyone exceed my expectations! Fair prices and even gave us a good trade-in for my vehicle. Will come back again for our next vehicle purchase!

Outstanding Customer service! I can't begin to describe how happy I am with the level of customer service I received from Bill, my Sales rep & Cory, the finance manger! I am in the military in KS and when I inquired about the F-250 online, Bill immediately reached out, got some info from me and due to me being 4 hours away, was able to get me a very fair, honest appraisal with the pictures I sent him of my trade in. Him and his manager negotiated a very fair price and had everything ready for me when my wife and I showed up today as well. Cory was outstanding and down to earth and made all the paperwork seamless and super easy. All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in 60 minutes....including a 20 minute test drive! I highly recommend the drive to this dealership! They will treat you right, shoot you straight and bend over backwards to help you out! I will defiantly go back to them for future vehicle purchases if I am at all able to!

Rented a mini van for a trip to Chicago- they had forgotten to vacuum but otherwise clean and reasonable to rent for four days. Easy to return with key drop box after hours. We plan to rent from them for next group trip.

Professional, high quality and courteous service - they totally exceeded our expectation when our little Rhody car arrived in Norfolk during our Christmas holiday traveling. After driving 1590 miles across the country from New England, I know our poor Ford was a little tired and needed some fix up. We made no reservation and just walked in with our broken tail lights. They took our car in and said it will be ready within an hour! There is a waiting lounge in the building adjacent to the repair shop. Complimentary coffee, wifi, comfy chairs they got them all. The hour of waiting flew by. All staff (receptionist, mechanics, managers, etc) was helpful and respectful. This little town is top notch in their customer service. Fear not of driving across the country no more. I know where to get my car fixed up next time!
