I had an issue with a rental car I'd driven from Omaha, and this dealer got me in quickly. They diagnosed the problem and took care of it within a reasonable amount of time. They were very courteous and accommodating to someone just renting a Nissan, but they took care of me well on my visit to Norfolk.

The worst customer service anyone could deal with. Called about a rental car and not only does this lady sound like a .... she is rude. Told her my insurance was picking up the bill and refused to rent to me unless I put money down and paid out of my pocket. Told her I would just have my adjuster call and sort it out and got more attitude and was told I could do what I want but I was wasting my time. Needless to say go some where else if it wasn't such a small area she and them wouldn't rent a single car.

This is a capable and qualified group that helped me out in a bind when I needed some help while traveling out of state. They were really helpful in getting our vehicle diagnosed and fixed. Really thankful for their strong customer service.
