Owner did an amazing job installing windshield and giving advice. I personally recommend and will go back if there were to be another replacement. Excellent customer service skills, good communication, and organized. Clean environment as well. I’m very impressed. Will come back!

Jason handled pickup and delivery. Which really helped with my busy schedule. Had a full windshield replacement and it is IMMACULATE. Definitely recommend this guy

We were traveling through town and were at a local campground. On the way from Montana we caught a rock in our RV windshield. We called a different place in Norfolk first and they said they didn’t have any availability until the end of the month. My husband asked if they could recommend another company and the man who answered the phone said there wasn’t anyone else, that’s why they were so busy. We called the next company on the list and not only did he (Jason) come to us the same evening of the day we called but he was very professional and did a fabulous job at a reasonable price! We’re happy to highly recommend him!

We were unfortunate enough to catching a flying rock on our windshield on our way to Norfolk, NE. We wanted to get the windshield repaired as soon as possible and found 81 Auto Glass and called the number on their website. As it was on a Saturday, the shop was closed but luckily Jason answered our call at his home. He agreed to meet us at the shop to repair the chip. Jason did a very thorough job and it is impossible to see the chip. He even gave us advice in dealing with our insurance carrier. We give Jason and 81 Auto Glass our highest recommendation! The highest level of customer service!

Only place I will go for repair or replacement. Great price, quick replacement, very clean and all around great owner. He has replaced 3 separate windshields on 3 different vehicles, all trouble free and no issues!
