You see alot of post offices traveling in an RV. This is one of the best post offices we've ever been to, and we've been to alot. Amanda and Tracy were awesome. When we left it was like we had just been talking to our friends.

Simply put. The people that work at USPS despise their jobs and despise their customers and it shows! There are ZERO standards required to get a job at USPS and unlike the rest of us who are employed, USPS employees are held accountable for nothing.

Older Review: Very helpful service. Answered my question and gave me information that I didn't previously know that saved me time and money. :) 5 StarsNew Review: A letter I tried to mail was returned to me marked as being "reused or covered postage." The postage was neither reused (I had removed it from the backing on which it was printed), nor was it covered (it had no other stamps over it and no cancellation mark). I went in this morning to inquire about it, and the gentleman was exceptionally unhelpful. He stated that because the stamp was purchased in 2012 I couldn't use it, and that I had to have used it on the day it was printed from the kiosk. It's interesting to me that the Killeen, Fort Hood, and Copperas Cove, Texas branches had positively no issue with using them after their printed date up to 2017 when I moved here. I asked for a refund or exchange and he interrupted me by saying "nope, nope, nope." I'm out the money I spent on multiple stamps because "they are too old." 1 Star

I spent a lot of money on my trees from the Arbor Day Foundation, they choose to ship via USPS, it took you 14 days to deliver my package, and I live only in Indianapolis, which is not that far away. Obviously my trees are dead now because of your lack of care. It even says on the package in big red letters "RUSH - LIVE PLANTS". I know this means nothing to you, because you could care less, however now I have to wait until this Fall to do my planting. What a JOKE the postal service has become.

Horrible customer service by manager. Clearly she needs to learn the rules. She showed her hate towards foreigners not just once. I can't believe people like her work for USPS. This place needs a good moral audit.
