The customer service was great but the gas station is small they dont have a nice bathroom and they dont sell diesel

Last night, 8/06/23 we stopped to put in our last $12.00 in fuel for our small car. The pump did not work and they took $75.00 pre-authorization ( for 72 hours!) out of my account, risking my first overdraft, that would cost about $50.00. I called the attendant and nobody was capable to assist. My bank can not help me. I have to wait 3 days to get my money back! We stop there to give them business because it's almost always void of customers when we pass by.It's best to never put your plastic card into their fuel pumps. We will not shop there again.

I'm from South Dakota and when I came to get gas at the quick stop in Nebraska I tried to use my credit card inside after I already purchased gas but they got denied my other card inside didn't know why cuz I had plenty of money well nicely enough the kid that work behind the register paid the $7 for the pop and the candy I got and I was very appreciative this is a job that I have a route that I come through this city twice a week so I'm very appreciative of what he did for me and I managed to come back and get him paid a week later I'm very thankful to him for doing it I gave him money today and he didn't want it but I insisted that he take it so I just paid back what I owed which was the $7 and gave him an extra 20 I was very appreciative thank you and I'm very pleased to talk about their generosity thank you.

Last night we tried to order hamburgers and a few other things from the menu, the cashier (who has worked there for at least a month) told us she only knew how to make pizzas, no one has ever told us that before. We decided to go to the one in morrill and the gentleman there has only been there for 4 days and made everything we ordered that the morrill store offers.VERY displeased with this cashier and the manager ...as I brought it to her attention and she blew me off. I will be calling the manager at the one in morrill and letting them know how happy we were with their store and employee!!!

Stopped in to buy items and use the restroom during a long road trip and was told that the bathroom was locked for the night and I couldn't use it. He was more interested in talking to a certain female customer than helping. Great help... Had to wait much longer to use restroom for me and the kids than I should have.
