Tried to call to speak to someone but on hold forever. Ordered a half cheese half supreme pizza for my parents and received only cheese. Took it back and they fixed it just for them to get home and all the vegetables were sour. Was told none of the food was kept cold and just sitting in buckets on the counter. Spent $20 for my parents to not even be able to eat!

The absolute worst the store manager making out with with her boyfriend by the store cameras.4 children Brandon, while her employees drop bags of products on the floor and then refuse to follow store procedures by kicking them out of their way do I need say anything more,? This woman should and must be immediately removed from her position. Look at your cameras please people!!

I like the place, it's always clean. The problem is they're ALWAYS out of breakfast food and always out of creamer and iced coffee. If you go in for breakfast, expect that there won't be anything for you to buy. Like I said, I like the place but there's just never anything to

So this Casey's has never been great on timing when it comes to ordering pizza. I have been coming here for years and you just know to build in an extra 5-10 minutes for them to actually have it ready vs the time they quote you. Today was no exception. My food was going in the oven at my pick up time. Not a huge deal, I expect it and I don't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes for pizza. Just plan on that if you order here. What really blew my mind though was when I got home I found out they put breakfast sausage on my hot sausage pizza! FYI that is super gross, breakfast sausage on marinara? Not a good combination. Still, mistakes happen and I assumed I would call and they would fix it. That's when things really took a turn down hill. Instead of apologizing for the mixup told me that the breakfast sausage is their version of spicy sausage. I let them know that it isn't, that they have three types of sausage. Breakfast, hot, and mild, they told me that was wrong they only ever have had two. I let them know that I have always ordered their hot sausage pizza. in my 22 years of adult life that has been my go to Pizza. I was told I was wrong, and that they have only ever had two kinds of sausage, and that breakfast sausage is their spicy sausage. I pulled it up on their app and told them I was looking at three different options for sausage. They still insisted I was incorrect, but if I wanted to bring it back, they would make one with their mild sausage for me. I told them I don't like their mild sausage and I didn't want a breakfast sausage, marinara pizza. They agreed to make me a pepperoni instead still insisting that they have only ever had two types of sausage.It was super insulting. Since I moved out on my own in college, 22 years ago, I have been ordering the hot sausage pizza from Casey's. Your website lists three kinds of sausage! And you're still going to tell me that I'm wrong like I'm some kind of idiot. if you don't know, or if you were out of one of them, just say that and just apologize. Don't try to gaslight somebody who is literally reading off your website to you that they the customer are wrong about it! Don't lie to people. Long story short, I'm sitting here eating mediocre, pepperoni, pizza, and wishing they had figured out the hot sausage dilemma.

Normally wouldn't even think about giving a gas station a review. However, this was such a poor experience. The store is fairly dirty. Pricing of products is inaccurate and quality of pizza was unusually bad. Not sure what's going on in Milford but I won't be going back.

I've tried over and over again to give this location chances before posting a negative review. I'm done. They are incapable of giving you your order accurately and timely. I've had to return numerous times to retrieve or correct items for carry out. The employees simply don't seem to care.
