The Louisville, NE branch of Pinnacle Bank has the most helpful and friendliest staff I've ever interacted with at a bank. And on the occasion that there was a problem or concern, they took care of it with no hassle and with ease.

What else can I say? I deposited my monies in Pinnacle Bank in Omaha. This location in Louisville affords me the ability to access funds without running in to Omaha. And, the staff seem pleasant.
