They have very friendly staff here and the place seems to be always pretty clean.

Not only do I love these quick, 30 minute, result-oriented workouts, but the owners are motivating, supportive and overall focused on helping others. I have always been active with cardio-stuff but these workouts have put me in the best shape of my life!

Kathe is an amazing trainer! She works very hard to make sure all of her clients are happy and loving their everyday life by staying fit. the workouts are butt kicking and you are a hot mess by the end of class. The workouts are about 27min long, and they can sure make you challenge yourself. Love it!
