I’ve been going to them for a couple years now and as far as the quality of the nails they do such a good job. But when it comes to the price there is no board with prices so they make up an amount each time and it’s so overpriced even without designs. I got a pedicure for my daughter and her friend and asked them how much it would be beforehand and they specifically told me $40 and ended up charging $60. They said it was $40 just for the pedicure and $20 for the nails, even though they specifically said $40 for them in the beginning when I asked and my daughter and her friend heard me. I love the way they do nails but because of the UNREASONABLE pricing I don’t think I’ll be returning. It’s not fair. No customer loyalty appreciation

Absolutely love this place! We stopped in for a pedicure for my birthday! I got the deluxe pedicure and Julie was wonderful! The massage was amazing and the environment was relaxing! Definitely will drive 1 1/2 hours to come back!

They did an okay job on my nails. Called the following day to schedule two pedicures. We got their 3 minutes early and waited for almost 15 minutes. No one asked to help me or what I was there for. Another set of ladies walked in and they got seated right away. I left and went to another nail salon that was more accommodating. I won’t be back.

This is the best place I have found in lincoln to do my nails! I'm VERY picky on my nails and these ladies did wonderful! I have had them for 4 weeks I had lost the two right at 4 weeks but the others are holding very well! Only reason I lost two is cause I grabbed the iced over car door and they broke off. ?

Went to Zen to get my nails fixed from the failed job I received at the last two shops I went to. Not only did they fix the monstrosity that were my nails but they were the only ones who got my shape I wanted correct. I will definitely go back and recommend this shop to all my friends.

I asked for an acrylic fill when I walked in & while waiting I changed my mind. When I was seated, I askned the nail technician if I could have a new set instead. She agreed. Not sure if this is what led to the process but instead of soaking off my existing acrylic nails, she clipped & tugged at the ends (and they were really short already) then used an acrylic nail to slide underneath to remove the existing nail off my finger. I have never had that done before & I've acrylic nails on & off for several years. It was painful & made one of my fingers bleed. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. She then asked what shape I wanted, I indicated round. They are almost pointed. All I could think of was getting done, getting out of there & never returning. Sad. I used to like coming to this salon.
