The branch Manager (Casey Brandt) is extremely rude, repeatedly refused to give me documentation regarding a check that came from an account with Insufficient funds.If you're going to hire a branch manager, maybe don't hire someone who's incapable of being empathic, and who loved telling me I was "extremely rude" for insisting on documentation, after she responded with "I'm not willing to go and type anything for you"I was thinking of opening an account here? Definitely avoiding westgate banks in the future.Absolutely abysmal service.

Poverty warning! West gate bank wil nickel-and-dime you with fees HIGHER than other banks, inconsistent banking practices, and an ill-fated mobile app, until you have nothing left. Is it a coincidence that every time stimulus money came in or was about to deposit into my account, this bank would find reasons to get at some of it?

Jonah Hamilton, the branch manager at this location, has been such a great resource and help to us. We have both our business and personal accounts at West Gate. When we moved our business account over, we received laser-printable checks and they shredded our old ones for us—for free. It may seem like a small thing, but it was one less worry and one less expense, and it made our experience that much more pleasant.

We recently made the switch to West Gate Bank and couldn't be more pleased with the level of service we have received. The tellers are always friendly and welcoming. We also moved our Business account to West Gate Bank. Our Business Banker, Shawn Schreiner, made the switch so easy for us. I can't say enough good things about Shawn Schreiner and the West Gate Bank Team.

I have been banking with West Gate Bank for many years now and I have always had a pleasant experience. The one thing I would change if I could is the ability to deposit money in the atm after banking hours. For some reason they went away from that and I wish they would bring it back.
