Staff was extremely unprofessional. Not sure what standards Wells Fargo has but clearly they are low.

I've had my share of very negative experiences with WF. Friday, May 10 at the 27th Street branch in Lincoln, every person I interacted with was kind and helpful. The banker stayed after her shift to assist me with a lengthy estate transaction. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service this time.

I'd I wanted to spend 20 minutes in the drive threw I'd go to McDonald's not wells fargo! What happened to them? Use to be amazing is it just 27th street?
