Denise used to be great but she has really gotten unorganized and unstable. She makes promises she doesn’t keep, gives deadlines that are incorrect, tells you it’ll be 3-7 days and then is nearly impossible to get ahold of and also doesn’t file your taxes like promised! She may be a cheaper option, but you get what you pay for in this case. She led me on for 18 days before I got fed up and decided to file elsewhere. She NEVER returns calls or emails back so good luck with that.

Been coming here for a few years on other people’s recommendation. Truly an amazing business. They get your taxes done quick, and the prices are incredible. The most affordable in Lincoln! 100% recommend!

Did my taxes for free back in February and I still haven't received my taxes I still haven't received my state tax check and my federal tax I owe so I don't know if they're very unprofessional very slow it's one man operation

I wish there were more options to include what I like about this business!I've never had a better job done on my taxes. Nor have I been treated as well by any other business that I've ever dealt with..This is the first time Denise has done my taxes. It certainly won't be the last! She's very kind generous and professional and I will never let anybody else prepare my taxes for me again.Denise and her staff are kind, friendly, professional knowledgeable and provide a fantastic service. They are true humanitarians and more than generous with their prices.Don't ever trust anybody else with your taxes. I wish more businesses Operated the way this one does. We need more Americans like this one; a lot more!I am telling you and everyone else I know that this best place in Lincoln or possibly in this country to have your taxes done! She has a customer for life with me!
