I went to the tire center to get my cars battery replace and oil change. I left my car there for a while and when I came back they charged me everything without touching my car. They didn't even touch my car. Worst service ever. Never coming back. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Aisles are always blocked with employees putting things away with their giant carts. Then need to go back to open 24 hours and get this crap done in the evenings

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I was looking for a very specific kind of battery (23A 13V). I found a display at the front but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I thought maybe the electronics department could be helpful. Riley, who was busy putting an anti-theft device on a piece of electronics, just simply said "those are sold up front". To me, good customer service would've been to say, "I don't know but I'll look it up for you." I doubt I'll ever come back to this store.

Guy with a brown jacket keeps following and harassing me.
Other than that I appreciate a couple of the greeters at night they are very friendly and it's a nice change to have genuine good people as greeters.

Absolutely terrible pickup service, worst location in Lincoln do yourself a favor and drive to a different location this place will make you wait 1-2 hrs while next to nothing is coming out the door. And don’t bother to call they will just hang up on you.

Does anyone actually work any of these departments? I looked for a worker and couldn't find anyone. So I searched through hardware, crafts, home decor, Canning, party supplies for a small container. The cashier was super nice & friendly though. 2 actual people checking people out, i don't go in to the store to check myself out otherwise it was 20+ self checkouts.

My latest deliveries have been poor including pick up orders. On one particular order my strawberries and blueberries had mold on the bottom berries and overly ripe to the point of mushy. I decided to do a return through the app it gave me instructions to return the product to the store for a full refund. At that point I had already thrown the berries in the trash and wasn't going to fish them out nor drive 30 minutes back to the store I chalked it up to one mistake. However today I had a order delivered and my salmon was bad as I realized right away as I could smell it through the bag. Obviously meat is expensive so I started the return and to my surprise again I have requested to return the salmon by may 25th. The point was to not leave the house, for this reason I got groceries delivered. I will no longer be shopping here

Picking up my groceries today and had a man back into my truck while I was sitting there waiting. He claims he didn't back into me. The man bringing my groceries said he would get managment so they could help me with camera footage. 3 managers came out, 1 bald male and 2 females. The male did the talking and said "do we have a problem". I explained the situation and asked if I could a pic of the cameras to help me. He responded with we don't show this to just anyone you need the police to get those and walked off. Why would I continue to play a monthly fee to have my car hit and them not even help. He was rude.

My first time buying prescriptions glasses at Walmart in May 2024 . This is Dec. 24 I've had 2 replacement frames all for black finish coming off plus one time corrosion spot. I go back now and no replacement or credit on different ones. This is my last time getting glasses from Walmart. Beware buyer!

They locked the front doors so people couldn't exit, so i pushed the door open and got yelled at "to just go to the other doors" it is required by law to keep all public accessible doors open and unlocked when the store is open. They are clearly breaking the law.
