Walgreens is going down the tubes After 30 years a customer they totally jerked us around. My wife wanted to refill a Parkinson’s Rx. She takes it daily at the dose she feels is needed per doctor. THIS IS NOt A NARCOTIC. But because she has not refilled at the pace in the directions it is suspicious. They claim she is not using it enough so they won’t honor her refills. She is not using enough drugs. What is wrong with these idiots. After 5 years of taking this drug in the same way and seeing Doctor every 3 months, suddenly THEY not doctor and patient decide how a drug should be used.Forget what the doctor and patient want to do you must take drugs the Walgreens way. Don’t let Walgreens interfere with your doctor patient relationship. On a weekend of course.

The pharmacists and staff are so terribly rude at the Walgreens Red Rock location. They seem to view customers as the enemy and treat us as such. During a recent visit, it was sad to watch an older man practically grovel to get help on a somewhat complicated prescription. We've used this store for quite a while because of its location but our latest experience was the last straw. We were ignored, spoken to disrespectfully, and admonished for daring to try to get clarity. We won't be returning. Walgreens is not the only game in town.

No pharmacist on duty, means you can't pickup a prescription. Ridiculous.

I ordered an 11x14 poster from the photo department. I got home from picking it up, to find it was cut to 12x13, so it didn’t fit my frame. I called, was offered very little apology, and drove all the way back to come home with an 11x13 poster. I called again. The person I spoke to promised he measured and told me if I wanted to come back I could cut the poster myself. He said I could not be refunded over the phone .So frustrating!

Love this location-the pharmacy techs care and work to get things done. So much quicker than other locations. Moved everything to this location because of them

Every time I've called an order in to be filled, Ive done so early in the morning or days before. Arrive to get it and the line is massive. As soon as I reach the window they say the order isn't ready yet. This place is ridiculously slow and never has the order ready. If it's called in in advance it should be ready right? After all waiting in line for long amounts of time just to be told to come in side is ridiculous. Think we'll be taking our services else where...

I hope a manager reads this and understand most of these younger staff at the pharmacy are terrible with customer service. This is the only Walgreens I’ve been at in my life that fails completely at being professional, curiosity, unhelpful, and even act with urgency. I am not calling out all of the staff, but gosh several of these employees are terrible. I would rather wait an hour for a prescription than five minutes for someone that is ungrateful for working at a place like Walgreens. Walgreens has always been my #1 place to do business since I can remember. The pharmacist are just fine but the staff needs coached on what customer service is about. Stay clear of Redrock lane and if your insurance covers something different it’s something to consider. Feedbacks a gift and hope the best for this location. I waited several months before deciding to type this review.

Store is always clean and well-stocked. What I particularly appreciate is the pharmacy. Gailene (spelling?) is about the nicest tech you could ask for - someone posted a super negative review of her but that has absolutely not been my experience with her. They do their best to run the online coupons I find, they patiently answer my questions (when my cat had diabetes and I had no clue what I was doing, they were super reassuring), and they communicate well with my doctors' offices. I live way closer to the Walgreens at Williamsburg but it is worth going to Red Rock for the convenient drive-thru, well-lit store, and kind staff.

I rate 0! Both pharmacists are rude and unhelpful. They seriously get a vibe by treating customers badly. I have never in my life worked with a pharmacy so rude. THEY FIRED ME AND TOLD ME TO GO FIND A NEW PHARMACY. It took a day and a half to resolve a simple problem. The script was written for 40 days not 30 days so the insurance would work. She didn't even offer to use the Good RX card which is on my account. I had to ask at the last minute if she had applied it. So when the Dr. got the right number of days sent over I asked if we could process it through insurance and get a refund. She started yelling at me saying I accepted the terms and conditions. There was no being calm and explaining, being rational, she just wanted to be rude and enjoy how it affected me. Zero empathy, zero customer service, both pharmacists could care less about you as a person.

Gaileen in the pharmacy drive thru, is a MISERABLE PERSON! As to why Walgreens would make the choice to put her in the drive-through window, where she has to have contact with customers is beyond me. I think little puppies wither up and die the moment they meet her! Seriously lady, cheer up!

I wish I could rate 0.Kira ( I assumed she is a manager) gave the worst/rudest customer service in this world.I went to the store to retake passport photo because the one they took is not qualified and they told me I can retake if needed.Kira was sitting at the photo area, so I went up to seek help. I was looking up my stuff in my bag, and the next second, I found she stood up and became super uncomfortably close to me, and told me to back off because I couldn't enter that area.1. there is no door, sign or line to warn or stop a customer, HOW WOULD PEOPLE KNOW????? Kira, it's simply your excuse.2. Kira, it's so rude, you can't talk to anyone like that, YOU JUST CAN'T!I replied "why are so you mad"? then she changed the topic and asked how she can help me. I requested to talk to another person. she said "no one is higher than me in this store". because the machine in the store was all out of order, I couldn't retake photo, and since I won't regardless, I asked the refund. I got my refund from Kira, and left the store with the rest of my day ruined.Walgreen, train your staff well and please take every complaint seriously, this job doesn't fit everyone.I will post my complaint to every website I can.

Terrible customer service. Manager was rude and decided to curse at me on the phone over a mistake their store had made (which she said was not their fault - I ordered through their website and my order was not delivered). This was after I was hung up on. Wholly unhelpful gross to talk to someone that was trying to get things for their sick tiny humans.

I came in tonight 5/1 to a manager screaming at an employee using all sorts of profane words towards her. Yelling at her that she’s p*ssed off at her & more right infront of us. She then apologized to another customer saying how “short staffed she was” perhaps because you’re verbally assaulting your employees… said manager then begins to pace around the store like a raptor hooting and hollering at every chance she got… the poor kid working at the front was clearly uncomfortable with her but he was nice and pleasant to us during checkout. Check your management, Walgreens.
