I can't speak on the pharmacy, but I was definitely impressed with the employee who helped me today. I came in with my sick daughter and he made sure she was smiling by the time we left. At the risk of sounding rude, He was the employee with only one arm, and I didn't catch his name. Bless you, sir.

Always a massive line and a single cashier at the pharmacy when picking up. The online refill system never works and sends an email with a pickup time but they never seem to get the information.

They have a abundance of great help. Plus the prices are comparable to other stores if your looking for the same product. I've never had a problem with returning items as long as you have the receipt then it's no problem to exchange or get your money back from just about every Walgreens I've been to. Always courteous help even when you can tell that someone is having a bad day. They still smile and help you with your needs. Now you can't beat that for service. I've always enjoyed shopping at Walgreens and I see no reason to stop shopping there. Give it a try if you haven't you might be pleasantly surprised with each and every store you visit.

17th and south sucks and I'll never take my money there again after the way I was treated by their pharmacy today.

Awful and packed. I had to wait for me pickup and sat there feeling horrible. I switched to Hy-Vee asap. I'm sure there's other great Walgreens locations, but do not go to this one. Straight up trash lol, they should've kept this building a store back decades ago from what my friend said.
