The employees at this pharmacy (including the manager) are rude and condescending. I have watched them treat other customers the same way. Handing an empty bag through drive through (was supposed to contain a prescription), lying to me about my physician calling (faxing) them, refusal to fill pills they owed me because they were short on the last fill, STRANGE PILL SHOWING UP IN MY PILL BOTTLE (I opened it as we were driving off from the pharmacy & had my Dr. ID pill) and countless other things, forced me to change pharmacies so I could be treated like a human being. Everything was a battte with them, and I mean everything! You give respect, you get respect.I do not think you are going to get any here, plus the fact that I did not trust getting the proper medication in my bottles.

Worst customer service ever. We called and the y said yes your meds are ready and we went to pick up he said no we’re still working on it. Why did you lie in the first place.

Worst pharmacy in Lincoln. Told me on Friday my moms pain meds that she was all out of were going to be ready in 2 hours. Its now the following Thursday and the script is still not ready. They told me try back tomorrow. They are rude, they are slow, and this was after I had to wait in line for the 3rd time for over 45mins. What a waste of time. They all should be fired. This is elder abuse.

Went here to get a flu shot. They asked if I made an appointment online. I informed them that I tried but something went wrong. The pharmacist came over and said you have to have an appointment. I get all of my prescriptions at this pharmacy so you would think they could be nice and give me the paper forms to fill out. I went to CVS at 27th and Old Cheney. It took him only a couple of minutes to print forms for me to fill out and was very courteous, unlike Walgreens.

The people working at this pharmacy are incredibly rude. I showed up this morning to pick up my daughters inhaler and the pharmacy tech present: rolled her eyes at me, hung up the receiver while I was asking a question, held up signs to cover the window so i couldn't see them, etc. It was a simple misunderstanding regarding pharmacy hours, and the way it was handled was horribly rude and unprofessional. The store hours posted are not accurate, don't show up before 8, but really don't come here at all.

This place out right lied to me. I ordered a refill yesterday. They said they were out and II could get it today. Crickets today. I called. I drove over 40 miles from my home to pick it up today. They still didn't have it. I stopped by the store. They told me that no one in town has it. I called another Walgreens. Sure enough Et had it. I called back to 27th and Pine Lake noting they had lied to me. Their response? Call your doctor to have it filled there.

Staff is not helpful.Pharmacy staff told me they weren't helping customers in lane 2. After I drove around they proceeded to help 4 customers in lane 2 while I waited in lane 1.Phone support isn't any better, I had a question about the prescription and was on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told that medication is prescribed a lot and they didn't have time to look into it.

Made an appointment to get a flu shot a few days ago. After waiting in line for 15 minutes at my designated appointment time, I got to the front of the line only to have the pharmacy tell me that they “were swamped” and I would need to wait another 40 minutes while they took care of all of the customers behind me. I repeat, I had an appointment. They prioritized all of the other customers over the one with the appointment. This is my second terrible flu shot experience with Walgreens. I’ll get my flu shot and the rest of my pharmacy needs at CVS from now on.
