Very grateful for the staff at Vintage Heights! We had needed to get the vet in a pinch and they were able to get us in quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interactions were genuine and you can tell they value their patients and pets!! It felt like we were creating a bond and friendship with their team and not just providing a service for us. Will definitely be back and hope to be there for years with our pets!!

We love our Vet and tech here. We always get details that help us with any situation and if I ask 100 questions I never feel like they think I am annoying they genuinely want to make sure you understand and your fur baby gets help.

I've been with doctor Jim since 2003. They are the furthest vet from me in Lincoln as possible--i couldn't find one further away from me if i tried, but i go there with all 6 of my pets. He, the other doctors, and the staff, make me feel like family and make me feel like they see my furchildren as their own. I trust the vets' recommendations, because they know i would do anything for my pets and they have never taken advantage--Dr. Jim has even talked me out of unnecessary surgeries. They have been so supportive as my critters age or are sick.
I recommend Vintage Heights to everyone looking. They are good people who love animals and will put the care of your pet family first. They will not take advantage of you, and their prices are fair. I love this team.

We recently had to put our old dog down, vintage heights provided the newest available medications that gave him amazing results and relief from arthritis, so more time with us- when the day came to say good bye they have a specially set up room where there are blankets and a couch, special treats, and a button to press when you are ready for them to come in. Dr Luke clearly explained everything before he proceeded - this all made a heartbreaking moment so much more comfortable for our dog and us.

Very nice for animals as very caring. Jenny really liked Dr Jim ashe was so good with her. She is sometimes a bad cat. I thankeveryone in the clinic.
