“TLDR: This vet has the friendliest staff and Dr. Talbott has been working over 2 years to find solutions for my cat's asthma symptoms and we are on the right track!
I always enjoy visiting this vet clinic because of the wonderful staff. They remember my cat, Pampa, and shower her with love – even though she might not always be as thrilled to see them.
When I adopted Pampa, she was 4 months old. At around 6 months, she began experiencing frequent coughing fits. Our previous vet dismissed it as a hairball issue, but her symptoms seemed too severe for that explanation. Despite numerous appointments, unclear x-rays, and my own research, I felt dismissed and unheard by that vet.
This prompted me to seek a second opinion, which led me to this clinic and Dr. Talbott. He immediately confirmed my suspicion that Pampa had asthma, and it was a severe case. Over the past two years, Dr. Talbott has worked tirelessly to find a solution for her symptoms.
He has consulted with specialists on our behalf and explored various treatment options. I’m grateful that we’re finally on a path to better managing her condition.
I have immense gratitude for Dr. Talbott and the entire team at this clinic for their dedication to Pampa’s care and for making me feel supported and validated as a pet owner.”
“Had to come to Lincoln as my vet isn’t open on weekends. Had a non-emergent issue with my dog. It was a super fast check in process especially for it being our first time there, we hardly waited and got in a room. Everyone was very nice and the doctor was great with my dog. The vet tech even helped me lift my 88 lb golden into my car since she was struggling with her hind leg a little and I was by myself. I really appreciated their service and kindness!”
“We took our dog to Southridge for a little over 12 years and cannot recommend them enough. Recently, we were faced with the difficult decision to put him down. I cannot express our gratitude for the entire staff during the duration of that time. They gave us options and offered us their honest opinions. “I've been taking my cat here for her yearly checkups for 7 years now. Recently she needed some dental work done and Dr. Behrens and the rest of the staff were great to work with. They explained everything and took care of my senior cat during her dental work and then as she recovered. She's completely back to herself now and is no longer in pain!”

“I’ve been taking these two goofballs to Dr. Jacobson for a little over a year.
Just the standard annual visits until Brave got very sick all of a sudden. Puking blood and also blood coming from his rear.
Our family was very scared but Dr. Jacobson kept him for a few hours with IV and meds.
Really appreciate their staff taking such good care of him and getting him back to normal!!”

“Dr.Falloon is top notch! He’s got such a kind soul when it comes to our pets. He dives deeply into your animals health history to try & figure out what is going on with them. Our dog is very elderly & has some issues, Dr. Falloon knows how much he means to us & is always there to recommend different options to try to make him comfortable. Our dog Waylon was not doing well last night & instead of making us wait the next day for an appointment, he offered for us to bring him in last night to try & make him feel better (which a lot of Vets would not take the time to do)! He has a huge heart with animals & we have a lot of respect for him, THANK YOU DR FALLOON for being such a kind soul & doing your best to help our pets, we will always be grateful for YOU!!!!!!”

“A few weeks ago we were out of state visiting family when our dog experienced some sort of reaction on his face, which caused bleeding and discomfort for our boy. We took advantage of the fact we were in the city so we decided to go to the nearest vet.
Everyone we interacted with that Saturday was super nice and helpful. Dr. Timmons examined him and prescribed the treatment he needed. As I’m writing this review, our pup is all healed and doing great!

“We had a wonderful first experience here!! We needed an urgent grooming appointment for our elderly cat and Abby fit us into her schedule that same day! I was shocked. She worked magic and was so kind, patient, experienced, and helpful. We also spoke with one of the vets and she was great as well. We will continue to come here in the future. Prices were very reasonable. The ladies at the front, Macy and Kylie, were also super patient and friendly and made me feel better about a stressful situation. “I had a wonderful experience yesterday when my puppy was sick. My daughter took him in and they treated my daughter with respect and took care of the pup amazingly! Great communication with me since I couldn't be there and they didn't try to upcharge us or suggest treatment that wasn't necessary. We had to take him to the emergency vet on 9th for overnight care and that experience was less than favorable.”

“I recommend this clinic 100%. A few weeks ago I called about my Netherlands Dwarf because I was concerned about his symptoms and my previous vet couldn’t fit him in for a week. When I called they got him in immediately. The staff was incredibly patient with me as I was a mess. We started treatment and it gave me another week with my precious baby. When it was time for him to go the staff showed me so much compassion. Which can be difficult to find when you have a smaller animal. I am very grateful for the kindness shown to me throughout this difficult experience.”
“Both Dr. Peterson and Dr. Mohr are great but I've seen Dr. Peterson more & she assisted me with my dogs euthanasia last year. I adore Dr. Peterson and have recommended her & Vetco in general numerous times now. All the Vet Techs have also been very compassionate and patient. I've been going here for 4 years now and wouldn't have it otherwise.I genuinely cannot recommend them enough, best vet clinic I've ever been to and I will continue to drive from the opposite side of town to see them. “On Sept. 13th (yesterday) my boyfriend brought my Labradoodle in to see Dr. Garner for her broken toenail. We are not clients with them, but they still got her in for an emergency appointment same day. I was up all night worried that it was infected and causing her a lot of pain (it was).
I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and care with my Peach. She can be timid at the vet, but they made her feel comfortable. She's feeling a lot better today. My girl means the world to me and this, surprisingly, is her first "major" injury. She's made of jello, runs full speed, and flips in the air after her ball, which was how she injured herself.
Not being there to support her made me anxious, but my boyfriend kept me updated on how amazing the staff were with her. She loves pets and being told how beautiful she is, so she would rate her experience a 10/10.
Thank you again for everything! We will certainly be back to see Dr. Garner for her vaccinations and spay! I will definitely recommend this clinic to my dog clients.”
