I went to the store because I could only have a phone conversation with the speaker turned on on my iPhone 12Pro. Jesus called and checked if the phone was eligible for a replacement (which it was), but I decided to trade it in for a new 15 Pro Max. Jesus never pressured me to buy a new phone but just gave me the options of what I could do. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

The young man who helped me was outstanding and he made the process of updating to a phone seamless. He didn’t try to over sell me on anything but had my back and helped me get all of the accessories I actually needed. Well done!

Richelle Miller was absolutely amazing! Stopped in the day before my appointment and she told us she would help right away in the morning. Took a very short time to fix my SIM card on my phone. She explained the process of what she was doing in a way where we could understand! At the end she explained the promotional plan and helped us get that set up right away when we asked if we could while we were there. Great experience after 4 days of struggling to get into an appointment time that would work for me! Thank you Richelle!

Experience was good for the most part, but received my bill and was signed up for $24 worth of device protection that was never communicated or even offered to me. The salesman encouraged multiple add-ons for my device without communicating the price of those items and just installed them on the phone before I knew how much they cost. Bad way to do business - can't trust them.

Came in before closing and Jesus was happy to help! Customer service was excellent and helped with all my needs in timely manner. He was able to speak Spanish which is a plus! Overall it was a good experience all thanks to Jesus!

Richelle was amazing. Had been to another Verizon store in town before going to her location. The previous location was no help at all and I was very frustrated having lost my phone and trying to get help. Richelle made it effortless for me and was extremely helpful. She restored my faith in Verizon.

Justin V. was really great! He helped us unlock our AT&T devices and made it very smooth transition. We brought in 5 phones so it took him 2 hours plus to get all of our phones switched over. He had a fantastic attitude the whole time even though it was after closing time. Justin even stayed after we left to help a guy from Ne. City get his broken phone replaced! Justin is the kind of employee that truly represents Victra Verizon in the best possible way. I'm so glad we switched!
