I went in to complete a trade in. The lady who helped me was rude and raised her voice at me. I was asking why she was giving me a different trade in price than what online Verizon quoted me. I ended up leaving and calling Verizon customer service who sorted it all out and gave me the correct price that’s listed online.

Worst customer experience out of anywhere i’ve ever been honestly .. The past two times i’ve went to verizon they have said they can’t do anything about the problem with my phone, same with my dad. When going in today 4 workers just standing around looking lost. When explaining our problem, the asian lady working had the nerve to catch an attitude and approached us with just sass.. Great customer service ? That was the complete opposite, i cannot believe how she had spoke to us. She definitely shouldn’t have a job where she has to interact with people if that’s how it’s going to be. I will be contacting higher up to let them know about this. The other two just stood there staring at us, didn’t even bother to ask our name to try and figure out how they could help us with a new phone. They had said it was not their problem … LITERALLY NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Honestly they were so embarrassing, had no clue what to do. Didn’t barely say anything as we spoke to them. Besides “there’s nothing we can do about it”.. What are they honestly there for ?? I’ve never received help from any one of them. They need a different job if they don’t know how to help and keep a customer. After how she had spoke with us today, and the other two men not knowing what to say or do, we are now switching to spectrum. Hopefully they aren’t disrespectful or dumb founded there.

They were no help whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm not sure what the point in having verizon stores are, if the employees are incapable of fixing simple issues which I went home and did myself after all.

Don't go here . They charged me hundreds of dollars over and over.. fees from right and left. They just don't care for customers.. Never ever again will I go bere. SMH

I ended up leaving was waiting to set up service as a new customer. Not very appealing when you have to wait over an hour I have my own phone already this is a terrible store, only one employee!

I have gone in several times with troubles with my phone and the lady ( with brown hair and glasses) never is welcoming and belittles me. I explain the problems I am having and she talks to me like I am incompetent of understanding simple concepts. The one time I came in over an hour before close and all the employees were standing around doing nothing she said I would need to set up an appointment for anything because they are "closing soon".

Was quoted a 800 dollar trade in for my exact phone if I upgraded my plan. Got a new phone and brought in my old one and they told me that the trade in doesn't work because of an error with my phones manufacturer number. The phone was absolutely brand new when I purchased it from Samsung. So I am sol with a new phone and upgraded plan. Do no come into this store, do not trust the sales people who are just going to nickle and dime and straight up lie to you because they know ultimately verzion as a company doesn't care.

Jeremy was very helpful. Even though we are Total by Verizon customers and Verizon doesn't know the ins and outs of their program, Jeremy was able to answer our questions and resolve our issue.
