Went here on 2/22/2023 with a difficult issue to resolve. I wish I caught his name but a man with a hat on, tan pants, and I think a green shirt (possibly with black hair if I remember correctly) went above and beyond to help me and was able to resolve the issue! Extremely grateful for him helping me

I live in South 48th Street Lincoln Nebraska I receive the old residents mail at my house for the last 3 years and I talked with the office about 2 weeks ago and I still receive the wrong mail

It’s a weekly occurrence almost that they deliver packages to the wrong house. Then I have to waste my time calling them to try to retrieve it and redeliver or contact the company I purchased the product from to let them know it never showed up. Getting really sick of this.

Please put packages in the parcel lockers that lock with our group mailboxes. Don't leave on the porch and not ring the doorbell!! I thought that packages that obviously fit should go in the locked parcel boxes instead of on the porch where people can steal them!! The "sub" for the usual letter carrier has done this twice now please show him how to use the parcel lockers!!
