Was looking to change cell phone plans and had considered mint mobile, until I saw US Cellulars tv advertisement, promising 4 lines and 4 new phones of our choice for $90. Our family went in today about 30 minutes before close and the employee, Jared immediately treated us like an inconvenience. He tried to scare us away from the plan by telling us it would be more expensive if we wanted iPhones or Samsung and I told him we were fine with any of the free options. He then said the deal would only be good for 12 months, and I said that's okay, we'd like to take it anyway. Without asking us any additional details, he typed on the computer for a few minutes and then printed out a summary that stated that our $90 plan would actually be $163.28 plus tax. When I asked Jared where the extra $73 came from he couldn't explain. I asked why he wouldn't honor the promotion on the TV commercial that was also hanging on his poster, he said "they just make us post that"...bro just wanted to go home. After being there 12 minutes, he said we could only get the deal if we went online and did it ourselves. For what it's worth, the website has the same deal advertised, but no option to select it in their deals or plans. Don't waste your time with this company.

Went in to pay my bill and the lady that helped me was amazing (Nicole Vanderpool) specifically helped me alot and gave me some great advice thanks again Nicole amazing service!!!

Went and completed 4 upgrades to phones. 3 out the 4 were on the wrong lines after spending 3 hours there. . Went next day and spent 3 hours fixing their mess up. The my plan changed and insurance added without permission. Very uncalled for!!! Small credit to account doesn’t make up for their mistakes

The customer service representative I started with had no personality. I went in frustrated, because I wanted to replace my broken phone straight across the board as much as possible... A Galaxy S21+ upgraded to a Galaxy S24+. He wanted me to change plans and get a new charger, etc. All of which I didn't need. The manager saved the rating some he was great to work with. I hope I win the Nebraska volleyball he told me about.

Honestly, I've had this plan for about a year. This service has been the worst. My bill is never the same. I was supposed to get my phones for free but some how I'm still paying for them. I wish I never came in to this store. ?

My husband went in for a IPhone told them he did not want an android and they sold him a Samsung galaxy 13 5g. Told him it was not an android. You have to know my husband does not know anything about phones. Now they won’t take it back.

I've been a customer for over 13 years with US Cellular. This store specifically- their manager Jordan - is incredibly helpful, friendly and always patient with any issues I've had. He goes above and beyond to make sure the issue is taken care of! I've had many other cell service providers and this place is by far the best customer service. ?

Have been a customer since 2013. Went in today to switch from an Samsung to an iPhone said I had to have everything transfered over, was told it might not be possible and kept trying to sell me this that and another instead of what I wanted. Only one other customer in the store. Left and went to Verizon and they say it is no problem to do what I want done and they are very busy. Guess everyone already knows where to go
