They moved to a new location which is nice. I open the door to see to young guys sitting and eating I walked in before a man and the workers got up and said Good morning MAN! I started to say good morning and said oh you wasn't talking to me the one guy said He's a regular customer I said oh I handed him my return package I said thank you and no response.....I guess because I wasn't a "regular "

I came in with 3 HEAVY boxes and normally have tags for returns to just drop off but I had to actually pay for them. So I really didn’t know what I was doing…haha! But the lady was very helpful and patient with me! The store is nice and clean!

Nina and the rest of the crew take shipping from the worst part of my job to one of the easiest with their knowledge, personable customer service and welcoming attitude. I ship a lot of things for work, and knowing I can come to my local store, see someone who smiles and welcomes me, helps me, and honestly brightens my day is unbeatable service. I won't go to any other store but this one.

Got the at 6:50 they said the notery always goes home at 6:30 & i should have known this- unbelievable!!!
Update: i went back the next morning and the EXCACT same man that told me that the notery went home at 6:30 the night before- was the notery, he just didnt want to do it the night before.
When I question him about the lie , he refused to do the notery. Thankfully the
manager came over and noterized it for me, but still did not disipline the guy.
I wonder if the owner knows about this?

I went to the north 27th store. Couldn't see the closed sing from parking stall. Closed for moving with the new address. Go to new address. Also closed. Very damn annoying when you are carrying several packages.

Sevice was fast. I didnt have to wait in a long line and was greated when I arrived. Joe helped me notarize several documents and ship them. He was very kind and professional.

Both friendly and extremely helpful staff. Jill, Lani and Holden were phenomenal and made my experience a real treat. I will be redirecting my packages to that store just to be able to encounter the staff more often. Cheers!
