I've been to the Lincoln location and it was quite busy at the time, but I was able to put my address info into the computer and easily able to print off a label. There was a clerk on hand who helped me the first time I went so I knew the routine when I was there the other day

Your driver delivered a package on our front porch and left two puppy treats for our dogs. Very nice gesture. Just wanna tell him thanks ?

Five star ONLY because of outstanding customer service by Julian at your center on 33rd street. Outstanding, personable, patient- a rare find in customer service these days.For delivery personnel and tech support- meh- they could learn a lot from Julian!!!
