Small packages I take to the post office, but everything else I ship, I ship by UPS and I do it at this location. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes I need to get the extra insurance it's very reasonable. I had one package that didn't get delivered maybe a year ago in the holiday season, and UPS immediately made good on the value of what I had shipped. I generally use the standard shipping so I can't speak to the prices for expedited shipping other companies may be better for that. They offered me a guaranteed shipping date for about double the price. As usual I went with the standard rate and it arrived at the destination on the same day that they offered as a guaranteed delivery date. So, if it's not during the holiday season, and there's no inclement weather, standard shipping tends to be fast and reasonably priced. Also it is extremely easy to track packages.

I use this UPS location for dropoff 2-4 times per month. Staff conistently friendly and professional. Typically no wait at all, once or twice had to wait less than a minute for assitance. Easy in & out.

The staff are always incredibly nice and helpful. My trips here are very short lived so I can't speak yo more complicated visits to this store, but in my opinion they have always been helpful and knowledgeable about their job.

Laura was SO helpful! I don't have a printer/internet at home so I was unable to print return labels. She printed labels for me and packaged a return for me so I didn't have to come back (I live outside Lincoln). It was so appreciated. I'll definitely come back and use this UPS!

Lately, they haven’t been open the hours google says they are. What’s going on? I’ve give. Up even trying this location because it’s a waste of time to go there and them be closed.
