    3 hours in the door. They haven’t even started unloading me. I asked when they’ll get me unloaded. Their response?: I don’t know.

    I actually made it at 17:35 which was a day earlier than my appt time of 0800 the next day. They took me early and gave me a door right away and only took an hr and 30 mins to unload me! They have overnight parking which is a plus, nothing to complain about and they get the job done fast
