(Translated by Google) Today I had a bad experience at the bank with Rick, he didn't help me when I told him I had fraud, I just wrote it down, I told him to change my card and password. The only thing he told me he said is to call on the phone. I saidI was calling for more than 1 hour and 1/2 by phone and no one answered me, he didn't care, I still insisted that I help him.To me, that's racism.. That's not fair.And this is not just now, something similar happened another time.There are 3 frauds.I didn't want to put even one star, it won't let me post.Now that I put a star on it, let me publish, that's not legal either.(Original)Hoy tuve una mala experienciia en el banco con Rick, no me ayudo cuando le dije que tenia fraude,solo lo anoto, le dije que me cambiara la tarjeta y el password. Lo unico que me dijo que dijo es que llamara por telefono. Yo le dijeque estuve llamando por mas de 1 hora y 1/2 por telefono y nadie me atendio, no le importo aun le insisti que le ayudara.Para mí, eso es racismo.. Eso no es just.Y esto no es solo ahora ya ocurrio en otra oportunidad algo parecido.Son 3 fraudes.Yo no quise poner ni una estrella no me deja publicar.Ahora que le puse una estrellame dejo publicar, eso tampoco es legal.

Customer service going down hill at this location, unfortunately. Went in to replace a lost debit card. Had to wait 5 min for the only teller to finish a phone call that was seemingly not work related with an employee at a different location. After waiting for an additional 10 min, I was told the only two people (out of 10-15) in the building that could help with a new debit card would not be available for 30 more min. Not my first experience here where the customers are put on the back burner.

This bank has helped me so many times. They are the best bank in Lincoln. Have banked many other places and none have been as forgiving or as understanding as Union Bank and Trust. They truly care, and it shows. Will never bank elsewhere.
