This branch routinely messes up even the simplest transaction and causes headaches every interaction. If you're considering banking with UBT, I suggest you look elsewhere to save yourself time, money, and frustration.

Rude staff & a lousy bank in general ATM ate deposit and no receipt given. Magically cameras were not working so the bank said it's not on camera you are S.O.L.********* run away from UBT

Do not go to this bank I had money in my account and they shut it down because it's supposedly had zero in it obviously they're stealing people's money
