2/10 don't recommend, unless you're paying at the pump and can avoid the horrible attitudes from certain staff, especially Lois. I'll leave it at that. Report your issues to corporate because the management here is undeniably ridiculous and a joke.

I like this location. Ever since they got rid of one certain employee, all the people there are very nice. They teach people how to use the laundry card.

3:00 pm on Thursday October 29th. Went in. Gave her 22.00 for a empty plastic yellow cup i needed and said rest please in gas pump #3. 19.83 was my fuel. Not coming back.

Greg was working at 1 am on 5/26/2020. I went into the station to buy a pack of cigarettes. I had my service animal with me. Greg violated the federal ADA by asking me what kind of service animal he was and demanding the animal perform his task. I informed him he was violating federal regulations and he told me he didn’t care, he would NOT serve me until the animal was tied up outside. This is wholly unacceptable and disrespectful to a disabled veteran on Memorial Day.

Very rude staff. Went there tonight to make a purchase, the staff member didn't tell me the total I owed she stated "Look at the register." To me that's impolite and unprofessional. Staff also had unsanitary gloves on at the time, didn't take the time to wash her hands! I feel staff can be rude there exspecially this individual that is always working.

Did a single load in a dbl washer. It didn't even wash all the soap from my clothes. Had to hand rinse them in the bathroom sink. I'm sorry I gave this place a try. When I told the cashier in the gas station. The response I got was "ya that happens sometimes". I have no more words to describe how un Happy I am.

U stop is OK. this Gas Plus location has a GM that I am sorry to say, but I don't trust him any farther than I can throw him. that is why I never even go into the place. he might vandalize or some other thing. that you don't want any part of. I can't believe that White head oil would hire him. as one of there dealers. Now I go into another U-Stop and have always had very good luck with them. that has been my past experience. FYI: like I just said, I am very happy with the U Stop I do go into all the time.
