I’d give zero stars if it would let me. Absolutely disgusting. the manager Jim is a joke. He’s disrespectful to his co-workers, very rude to his autistic co-worker, and illegally asks for doctor notes. Threatened to call the cops on me when I told him it was illegal to ask for a doctors note. Absolute joke of a place to work at or even shop at.

Absolutely atrocious!!! Pump took my son's card and drained his entire account and the manager refused to speak to him or even come in. Corporate will be called. Shame on this business! Imagine being 20 years and stuck 6 hours away from any help when you are on your way to tell your grandmother, who has terminal cancer, goodbye, and this happening. Shame on this business and the lazy evening managers!

Parked at the restaurant next door because there were too many signs telling us we couldn’t park at the gas station. Walked a block down the street to pick something up and got followed by an employee on the phone with a tow company. Not even a warning or request to move the car. Maybe don’t follow and harass people who aren’t even on your property

Just left this location. The two customers in front of me were not wearing masks and a third entered the store and was not stopped as I was leaving. Simply put, if U-Stop doesn't care to enforce the rules we are all supposed to be following and create a safe environment, I won't shop there.

Honestly appalled at my experience today. Listen, I'm not the type to go on these "Karen" rants but this one really gets me so here goes.So there I am in my car downtown when all of a sudden my gas light and overheating light come on. Now we're no strangers to car problems and the latter happens frequently so we shrug off the second light and pull in to this U-Stop to get some gas. We get out of the car and all of a sudden the worst happens. We notice a leak and some smoke out of the hood. Definitely not the best of days already but hey, what can you do?So we begin preparing to do all the normal stuff we need to to get this taken care of. Calling towing and our mechanics and such. We push the car in to a stall to get out of the way of other patrons and head inside to talk to the attendant. We relay our situation to the cashier and ask if we can have some time to have the car moved to another location to which she responds "I'll give you one hour to get it out of here" now I'm a reasonable person, it's downtown after all and this is the only gas station for another 12 to 15 blocks so it's reasonable to want us out of the way. Granted, the associates major attitude problem definitely could have used some work. A little empathy for the people broken down downtown would have gone miles for our experience. Here's where I exit, I have to be back to work so I lyft back allowing my girlfriend to tend to the car. So when I leave, my girlfriend was waiting for the towing service to arrive. 45 minutes pass and then two cops arrive and start questioning my girlfriend on what she is doing. She explains what's and it's at this time that the towing truck pulls in. That's right the lady called the cops while she was waiting on the tow truck to arrive. No clarifying questions like asking if we were getting this taken care of, no empathy to the people who are clearly in a not-so-great situation just straight to 911 because the 5 foot 4 girl was in her car doing ... "something".This was entirely preventable by just an ounce of customer service but god forbid U-Stop do any training on soft skills or anything like that. If I could give negative scores I would if it meant no one else stopped in needing any form of empathy.U-Stop...more like U-suck

Had a lovely interaction with one attendant who let me use the phone to call a locksmith when I was locked out of my car. Thank you, thank you to these very pleasant people!

The workers are decent, and a good selection for a gas station. It's convenient if you're near UNL but you definitely pay for that convenience here on most things. There are some deals but most things are on the pricey side.

Maybe one or two normal workers, terrible prices on anything you'd actually want, they gauge students who have limited places to go, and will tow your car even after you just bought 4 things inside and gas. If you can avoid it I would go anywhere else possible. I'd give it negative stars if possible.

Always a nice clean store, fully stocked, & quick moving lines. The staff are usually nice and cordial and quick with a smile or joke.
