I’ve never had a bad experience here. The sales reps are very friendly and helpful, and the shoes are always high quality. I’ve been going here for years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Just so happened to see the pair of Hokas that I had been eyeballing online. The gentleman there talked me through various models, similar brands, and helped me try on each pair. I was hesitant at first, but when the cost was the exact same as the website, I had no reason not to! We ended up getting the Hokas and doing a 180 right outside the door to go back in and buy some HeyDudes for my boyfriend because we liked the experience so much.

Never shopping here again. Not interested in being guilt tripped with argument for returning a pair of shoes the next day that just didn't look right or feel right. Being told that I wasn't "shopping locally" if I go somewhere else when this is a corporation that literally has a president and CEO. I know someone that works at trade home in Colorado and I am told of the constant force to upsell and how it is based on commission. Based on the fact that I do like to spend money it did not make me comfortable to want to come back when someone is acting like that towards me ever. Extremely rude. An easy return would have brought me back to be looking at your shoes anytime but an argument makes it uncomfortable and I will never return. You even said well let me look at these shoes actually and started inspecting them like as if I wore them and I was there less than 24 hours ago. Extremely terrible customer service. You just did not want to return a $180 pair of shoes, and kept trying to get out of it by trying to talk me out of it. And this is supposedly the manager and then tried to hand me the business card afterwards. I have never been treated like this at a shoe store ever. You are in the business of helping people sometimes shoes don't fit right or look right when you get home. Being rude to the customer when they come back is not helpful. Talking down to them does not make them want to shop there.

Experience was great while finding shoes. Sales reps convinced me to get them because I had 30 days to return so if I didn’t like them I could just bring them back! Ending up bringing them back because they were too narrow and hurt my feet. The salesman was very rude when we came in to return them and talked down to us. Definitely pushed us away for future purchases :(

Had to bring back shoes bc I had changed my mind. The sales rep was very sour about it. I won't be coming back. Customers don't like that. Be a professional.
