Previous experiences were good but my most recent was the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. I hit a deer with my RAV4 and called to make an appointment. We were instructed to wash the car so they could see the extent of the damage. Bob took one look at it and said "I see a lot of prior damage and no evidence of a deer" Then an adjuster showed up and said the same thing. Ended up having a whole headache of insurance investigation having to send pictures and track down a guy who stopped the night of the accident.My In-laws and I had good experiences in the past but Bob is the primary reason they'll never see another penny from us.

Anytime I have had to have work done I have always used Tracy’s south and am so amazed by the quality of work, the customer service and the overall experience I have with them. They are always amazing to work with and better than expected every time!

Had my car taken there to have it repaired after hitting a median. The estimator called me and said that he wanted to make me aware that there was uneven wear on the tires and that it was out of alignment ,so that is not something that will be covered under the repairs. The car may have been out of aligment but it didn't pull either direction while being driven. I said I didn't expect new tires, but that the car hit the median hard and was definitely knocked out of alignment. He said that the alignment wouldn't be covered. They are a preferred rapid shop with my insurance company and it was very obvious that he was working for them and not me. He then proceeded to tell me that I was trying to commit insurance fraud for a $150 alignment, this is on a $7000 repair. Then he put on my estimate that they would not work on the car because I belittled him on the phone call. However, I had an employee of mine sitting next to me during the whole conversation and he turned things around and denied accusing me of trying to committ insurance fraud even though we both heard him say it to me. It's amazing how he's playing the victim. I asked for the owner/manager to call me and no one called.I will say that the receptionist that originally scheduled my appointment was very nice and personable and they had fixed another one of my vehicles a few years ago at the north location and my experience there was perfectly fine.

The folks at Tracy's Collision Center have always done a great job for us over many years. Our recent experience was a complicated job in which the left back end of our Buick was crushed-in pretty good. A job with many different phases. But even before getting the car into the shop, it was great how Bob explained all the ins and outs of the insurance process, the challenges you face when your car has been "totaled" by the insurance company, and how to save your beloved vehicle even though it was "totaled." Here we are now with a great older car still running and looking beautiful, the price was right, and we're happy we don't have to fork out thousands to buy a new-used car that we don't know anything about. We're happy to have our perfect old car, thanks to Bob and all the other good folks at Tracy's. We'll go there again, of course.

I have been at Tracy's I believe four times because of other drivers having a difficult time managing their vehicle. Each time has been excellent and each time I have ask up front from insurance companies to send me there. The shop crew,office staff and Paul getting estimates and helping me through the process is tip shelf work. The owners of Tracy's should be very proud of their team.
