Thanks Eric for the let down when scheduled work on our forklift to be told we will call you when we can fit you in and here months later I’m told I never called in as he doesn’t have it in his notes. I wanted to set something else up and was told the same thing we will call you to for it in. No, you did that last time and here we are months after! Management has no idea what they are doing! I’ll never go back.

I had the pleasure of working with Tara at Titan Machinery for a skid steer rental. The rental contract was executed quickly as well as the delivery of the skid steer. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Titan Machinery to anyone looking to rent equipment for their project needs.

Fantastic customer service from these guys at Titan machinery! We were put into a very unfortunate situation with a broken piece of machinery for a job that needed to be finished very quickly, and by the time I hung up the phone these guys were here to help! Charlie Sterns and the guys (unfortunate I can’t remember their names) were fantastic to work with and we will continue doing business with these guys!

Haven't done business with this outfit yet and probably never will simply due to there parts guys. Two different occasions I had called and inquired about buying a tooth bucket for my case skid loader before I drove 40 minutes. Wanted to make sure they had the right size. Both times the parts guys said they would have to check it out and call me back. Weeks later, haven't heard anything from them. What a joke. Piss poor parts service and a great way to lose customers. Hamilton got my business.
