my pedicure was sub bar. I paid for the $55 service with shellac. My tech did a fine job on polish but the scrub and massage was disappointing. She seemed distracted talking with the other nail techs. The exfoliating brush was but a few seconds and didn’t even get all the dead skin off around the toes or heels. 99% of the massage was focused on the legs (pressure was good) but only brushed across my feet. I was really hoping for a good foot massage and leave feeling squeaky clean! For a $70 (with shellac) I would expect a lot more.
I’ve been here before and had a good experience so I feel the tech I had this time wasn’t focused on client’s needs.

I am a cosmetologist so I have my hands in water all day long, this is the only nail salon where my nails stay looking good for 3 weeks until they need redone. Jennifer does such an awesome job !!!

Good, I recommend Emma. The nail salon has a lot of different services and multiple techniques they can do at nails. They also do eyebrows and eyelashes! So many services.

I think my nails were okay. I really like tip and toes but this time I was not very satisfied. My nails are a little uneven. I also asked for shellac with a tip added. But I got gel even though I confirmed with my manicurist that I wanted shellac. I’m disappointed I got charged extra. I didn’t notice that they were doing gel until they put it on. So I’m a little displeased with that. Otherwise the nails aren’t awful, just small details were not done right.

Despite the fact that I made an appointment ahead of time, I waited over half an hour for service. Absolutely unreasonable. The service here has always been good and I have been pleased with my results, but management is very poor.

Yesterday, my friend went to go get deep french tips done from Tips and Toes. The first picture linked is the inspiration picture she showed the tech and the second picture is what the end product looked like. Today we went to a different place and had to get them fixed, re-painted, and re-shaped because it was not matching what she wanted at all. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

I have been coming here for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience. My nails have never been so perfect. I don’t go to a specific nail tech, everyone I get is great and if I don’t like it, they fix it. Highly recommend, fast but quality service.

My daughter ❤️ in law and I had our tips and toes done. We enjoyed it. I had a tattoo eyeliner done there 4 years ago.
Still looks good.
