I wanted to post this specifically to highlight the woman that was working the front desk last Saturday (October 12th). I believe her name was Shelly. She was so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure me and my husband had a lovely stay.
I would recommend The Kindler Hotel for her beautiful spirit alone!
Also, the room was lovely and clean. The floor was heated in the bathroom. Hotel bar was great.

We loved our stay at The Kindler. Loved the art deco decor. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. When we stay in Lincoln, we like to walk around the downtown and Haymarket area - the attached parking garage was convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Just spent a long football weekend at the Kindler. This is a top shelf hotel - great customer service , perfect rooms with heated bathroom floor tile. The location is in walking distance from the stadium and unique retail experience at the Haymarket area. Wonderful experience.

Had a lovely one-night stay at The Kindler. Staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was immaculate with a perfect bathroom and shower. The amenities were great and the location unbeatable. Highly recommended staying here.

Love love love there was a girl there who was very helpful she helped me with my food got me drinks when we needed definitely recommend this hotel very clean and put together!!!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. They have no customer service just reception which is no help. I booked a room and cancelled not even 24hrs after making the reservation but was told they have a “48hr policy” that was not included in the email I received or online. So now I’m out $325. Glad I was able to book at a different hotel in 5 minutes with a free cancellation.

Everything was perfect with this hotel right up until the fire alarm that went off at 4am, and unattended to for 45 min. Great topper on the trip. I was looking forward to sleeping in and watching breakfast because that's what you do on vacation but they let this go so long without resolving it. On top of that checking out at 0445 in the morning the front desk employee simply did even care. There were no concessions on my bill for half a nights stay either.

In town for bar exam and the alarm goes off at 1 am. Apparently it was the neighbors, but it happens all the time according to the nice nightman. If you have something important, perhaps stay elsewhere. You might get a wake up at 1am.

In town for a basketball tournament. Very comfortable and polished hotel. Worked with the front desk to modify my reservation and they were great to work with!

This is a beautiful hotel. Bed was super comfortable. Lobby bar is fun ! Would be nice to have more of a breakfast in the morning or really just focus on continental and do it extremely well.
