The first time I got my haircut there it was amazing I loved it. I went back recently and got someone else and I got the vibe that she didn't like me or something. I told her what I wanted and I showed her a picture and she did awful. My hair is not blended and she tinned it when I never asked her to do.

Worst haircut ever. Even showed a picture of what I wanted and got the exact opposite. Debating about shaving my head currently... 10/10 don't recommend ladies.

I take my (almost) 2 yr old son here to get his haircut. It’s close to where we live, so it’s really convenient.Parvin does an amazing job cutting his hair. She is so patient and kind… I hope she never leaves! ?Service: Haircut

Everyone was friendly and it seemed like a nice environment. I went in for a perm and I thought it was going well until she took out the rods. She immediately brushed through my freshly permed hair. I left the Salon with frizzy hair that froze the instant I walked outside. I dealt with this mess that I was left with for 2 days just hoping it would be better after I was able to wash it. After I washed it, I found many sections that are not curly at all, and my hair is wavy in other spots. The only part that is actually curly is by the front of my face but the other side is straight. I really wanted to like it. I initially chose this Salon for the reviews.Service: Perms

My stylist was fantastic and my hair was great (they don't work there anymore). The issue is that they have a policy that the employees are not allowed to turn on the AC unless it's 80 degrees in the salon. My stylist and I were both sweating as it was 79 in the salon the whole time I was there so they weren't allowed to run the AC. They had to open the door which just blew things around and made it harder for my stylist to do her job and hair was blowing all over and sticking to everything.This was a few years back and I see they still have that policy because it was 78 degrees outside when I went to a nearby shop today and the door was open! I feel bad for the stylists and customers. Be warned that it will be no cooler than 80 in the salon and the door may be open. Heat, humidity and wind are not conducive to good hair!

Tina was so expeditious with my hair requests. She filled me in a spot bc another salon I sought out for my hair backed out.of what they claimed they could do two.days prior. So in a pinch I called and.asked Hair Lounge and sent pics of what I wanted done and they said 'YES'!!! AND Tina did!My hair was fabulous for the event I was attending and I believe I will be coming back as a client.

Parvin is the best! She takes her time and has excellent attention to detail. You can really tell she cares…you don’t get that everywhere.

Staff are all extremely friendly! And Gabrielle did an amazing job! As a guy with longer hair, I get nervous at times when trimming or cutting. she definitely talked me out of doing anything too extreme lol. Price was more then reasonable at $15. Was able to get in asap. But that isn't necessarily an everytime occurrence. Definitely recommended.

Tina does a wonderful job working with my 13 yr old daughter & gives her great advice on products that will help her have healthy, clean & shiny hair. I would recommend them to anyone!

I got my hair cut with Tina and was too overwhelmed to say anything when I saw the end result. My hair is 3-4 inches shorter than I asked and my “curtain bangs” are 4 inches shorter than I asked. I paid $200 for hair everyone laughs at and I can’t even look myself in the mirror. I want a partial refund. I even tipped because I felt badServices: Haircut
