Oil change and inspection took about an hour, check their website for coupons and let them know you'll use one beforehand, whoever took my call and set up my appointment was really helpful.

We had an emergency situation late in the day, and Josh and the crew at TO Haas on 24th and O handled it well and quickly for us. They worked with us to find a quick, affordable solution and we were soon back on the road. I highly recommend them.

Called early on thur morning with tire size . They said they should be in by 1 dropped my old tires and wheels off bout 1030 they called bout 1245 said they were done . Didn't have to make a second trip to town . Great job guys !

Edited review: Fall of 2023: long time customer, had an issue that was not handled with the great customer service I had been accustomed to at this location. Different store manager and assistant, was accused of lying and all manner of things including having my father take my vehicle elsewhere for me. No other shop had ever serviced my vehicle since I purchased it. Not that it should matter but my father is literally in a nursing home a whole state away. There was literally no context for this line of questioning. I had not asked for any compensation or any privileges for the issue; I figured it was a freak accident on the re-torque in July 2023 and mistaken measurements from June 2023 when I brought it in last and that I would be still responsible for it as the car owner. I was very surprised at the hostile conversation I had with management when trying to explain the contradictory things that had been told to me over the weeks long process and my honest statement that I had not been anywhere else. I do not like being called a liar. Still giving 3 stars as aside from the odd encounter and sexist questions mentioned above formerly they had always taken good care of me. I really hope they can address the inappropriate questions situation as to avoid further problems with other customers. At this point I have found a different location. Best of luck!
Former 5 star review from 2019: I've been a loyal customer at this location since I moved to Lincoln in 2012. I always receive great customer service, honest suggestions, and reasonable prices. They've been amazing every time. Kevin is always super polite and courteous as is the rest of the staff. I frequently recommend them to anyone who mentions anything to do with automotive maintenance.
Thanks for all your hard work over the years!
They really make the more painful parts of owning a vehicle more bearable!
