My friend was taking me to Lincoln Airport a few days ago, and I wanted to give him a little something for doing this. I had never been to this Starbucks before, so I said, "Let's go!" The store was clean outside and inside. It wasn't too far from the airport. I ordered both our drinks on-line as single items. I got my friend a venti caramel Macchiato, and he drank it really fast. I ordered the grande white chocolate mocha as I needed this as a hit for one of my app challenges. My drink was made perfectly and I finished it fast too! My friend and I sat inside at least 30 minutes to enjoy the quiet late morning. Very spacious inside this place, many seats. We will come back here again in the future when I come back to Nebraska. Highly recommend!

Ordered a iced coffee and got a cup half full and it tasted so bad I had to spit it out. Absolutely disgusting, even McDonald's has better coffee than this

Staff was friendly, and my wife said the drink was perfect, but in my opinion a 30 minutes wait to get thru about 8 cars is unacceptable. At one point I wanted to leave but I was committed.

I have been going to this Starbucks every morning for quite some time. Emily, who must be new, was extremely rude this morning and should not be in a customer service type role. She was inconvenienced that I wanted to use my Starbucks app to pay (which I thought was the preferred payment method and have never had an issue before) and rolled her eyes. She continued to have a poor attitude throughout the transaction. I will give this location another try as I frequent here often, but hopefully her customer service skills quickly improve.

Order ahead never available, short staffed, long drive thru/pickup times. Service is never consistent with this location. By far the worst in Lincoln.

Ordered a shaken espresso, and it was served with more than 2/3s of the volume being coffee bubbles. I was told this was from being "shaken". It's not.. so for $8 I received a scoop of ice, a shot of espresso and 5 inches of bubbles.

I come to this Starbucks and never have an issue with my ice coffee but went tonight spent almost 20$ bucks for 2 drinks and couldn’t taste any flavor as it just taste like coffee grounds super disappointing

I've been going to this location for years and have always been satisfied, but something changed when they unionized a while back and the service suffered. Ordering through the app now has me waiting 10 minutes after I arrive, and today, I couldn't order because they were on strike after only a few months of being unionized. In spite of the unions stand on the current middle east situation, I'll just have to go here more often.

I came here today at 9:50 A.M. to order drink. I order a venti caramel ribbon crunch and 2 other drink. But they give me a grande caramel frab. I told them I order a venti caramel ribbon but instead they still give me a venti caramel frab. After tell them the worker they said they will remake for me but I know they reuse the caramel frab just add crunch . The problem is there no blending ice and the service are horrible. I end up ask for a refund bc I think the service are horrible. My sister drink I ask for less ice they fill the cup with ice. Never have that happen here but until today. The person that did the drink are not happy today. It not my fault. I tell your coworker what I want, you the one who mess up with the order.

I would also like to send this to the manager and cooperate:Please comment where to send this.To whom it may concern;I am not affiliated with Starbucks nor am I a person who knows Casey other than him being a Bartista who makes my coffee. I am a concerned customer of your location who thinks your former employee should be reinstated for his job. He has always offered great customer service when I would come in, always a positive attitude kind and a great Bartista.From what the news said, he spoke under his breath grumbled something possibly and he was terminated unfairly.I am asking for him to be reinstated as when I would get coffee and breakfast, he was always there serving with a smile.Please I ask you to reinstate Casey as he has been a face of Starbucks for many years.Respectfully Submitted,Jodi L.
