5 outages in the last 2 weeks. Spotty and weak internet in between the constant outages. No reduction in the bill despise lack of service and lack of reliable service. Spoke with customer service and am now looking to switch internet provider.

Worst cable company out there. Spent $200.00 for bill. To come home to a no cable service provider cuz of an outage in the area again. No refund on billing but demand you pay for horrible service. Allo here I come

For the last 8 years, ever since I moved out of my parents’ house, I have been dealing with Spectrum as my internet service provider in pretty much every single residence I’ve moved into. I have nothing but bad things to say about their company. I have consistently had outages no matter where I go and overall terrible experiences with the quality of WiFi I am getting. At first, I thought the location I was in played a role in all of this. But no, I have quickly found out that is not the case. Spectrum just doesn’t provide good internet, period. Customer service has also been mediocre at best. Do NOT consider selecting them as your internet service provider and if you are moving into an area where they are relevant, strongly consider not doing so.

Terrible company and money hungry. I asked for a refund for a place I didn't even moved into and never used the services. I had paid by mistake. They wouldn't give me a refund at all. Money hungry. I will never use spectrum. Even if it's the last internet service on earth

Don't get their service unless you want to be lied to. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so your your buy their service. They deserve less than one star.
