  Not too impressed with the customer service. The guy spent most of the time putting stuff in the computer, did not explain much of anything.

  This store needs to hire more people. Extremely long wait just to turn in a modem. Seems like the store owner has the same impersonal response for everyone else who has had the same issue.   Not bad for streaming, I signed up, I got the modem, router and cables before I left the store and self installed in 15 minutes. Most services I'd wait for an entire day a week down the road, for a service person who might not show up (yes that has happened to me) with another company.
