Horrible experience the number to call In order to gain access to your laundry after unattended hours was rude. He told me my that my business doesn’t matter and the owner the business agreed and didn’t care . Also, he rather have police called then to provide access to my clothes at his laundry mat.
In response to the ownership. Why would you want to escalate as small situation. When I had you representative on the phone he was rude a said rather have a police involved situation. I have used your location for years but there no reason to treat paying customers like this. But as opposed to treating your customer right your rather lose business with response.

I love this laundromat! It’s a clean and nice place. The electronic lock on the door adds an extra layer of security, which makes me feel safe. You just text to get the code to enter, and it's very convenient. Highly recommend this place!

UPDATE: LAUNDRY MAT now refusing to help HOMELESS with laundry, which they've done for years, due to PREJUDICE and HATE!!!PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER LAUNDRY MAT!!! This place went downhill fast!! They managed to chase off the only worker that actually cared and had any customer service skills. The new lady is awful. She's terrible at her job, she leaves clothes of customers in the washer so they don't get all their clothes after service. She also leaves the clothes in the dryer long after they are done and they get terribly wrinkled. She also has the personality of a wet mop. They also took out all the Christian music and Godly programming that used to be played in here. Not to mention over half of the washers and dryers were out of service today. God help me if I ever have to come back to this place.

Some of the machines were broken since ownership has changed hands. Get them fixed as many people use the facility for laundry because it's downtown.

When I moved here this was the 1st laundry spot that wasn't sketchy & then 2 yrs past and it became sketchy & crowded...I bought a washer/dryer. I went a few days ago, my dryer broke and I was pleasantly surprised. Christian rock was playing softly, there were only 3 other people there plus the attendant...it was clean, it smelled clean, the bathroom was clean...shocked. I love the atmosphere & Christine is friendly & happy & willing to help you.

4th & last time here. Sucks that they threw away all the books, but I can understand the cleaning lady not wanting to pick up messes from people and their naughty azz kids. But blaring religious music isn’t my jam, so I won’t be back. I didn’t come here to attend church.

One of the most expensive laundry mats I’ve ever been to. Cheapest/smallest machine is $5.50 for a wash and ¢.75 for 10 mins dry. The place is dirty and run down. Many machines out of order. I would recommend going to the place down on Holdrege/27th
