Friendly and quick. I was able to find my car online and reach out via phone to get aligned with Nathan Jarvis who was able to meet my time needs and get a test drive lined up. Buying process was fair and quick without the heavy warranty pressures I have had in the past. Good experience, car all cleaned up and checked for safety. It was ready to go and really was efficient.

Took my car in for an oil and filter change to have my tires rotated and to see if they needed alignment. They let me know that I needed to replace my battery. It was four years old. I like that they send a video showing and explaining what they had checked on my car. Andrew was very friendly and helpful. The staff there is always very friendly and helpful. I am always happy with the service I receive at Sid Dillon!

Staff was extremely nice. But i was told I needed work done that my other trusted mechanic assured me was not needed. My trusted mechanic also noted that they do this often and he has seen many vehicles where this dealership told them they needed a lot of work when really none of it was needed.
