We bought a low mileage Focus from Trent at 12k, way above book value, assured that these low mileage newer cars go for way over book. Pointed out issues that needed fixed on the test drive and were assured that they would get fixed up on the "safety inspection" when it went through the shop. It didn't, we had to take the car back to get it addressed. A week after that, the transmission failed and left us stranded. After a month of waiting, we got the transmission repaired and it still shuddered and shook when shifting. We tried working on trading it back in for something more reliable and got little support. After weeks of trying, we asked them to buy it back. It took 5 days to get a price and they offered us $4,500 for a car they just sold us for $12k that we had put maybe 500 miles on. We would've been more than happy to accept 8 or 9k for this and taken a hit. We escalated this to Matt, the manager, and got no support. It's really disappointing that a dealer of this size refuses to stand behind the products that they sell.

I am a loyal patron of Sid Dillon Lincoln. I have bought or leased a number of vehicles there, as well as have been a customer of their body shop and service center. My first purchase was after my husband had suddenly died and I needed to replace his company car. Nick Hunke helped me through the whole process. Two decades later with Dan Volnek's as my contact, I still support Sid Dillon Lincoln because of their integrity, customer care and fair pricing.

Purchased our 8th Nissan from Sid Dillon in June. It was a 2022 Rogue. It worked for 4months and the computer went out, and had to wait for a new part. Delivery date, indefinite. The dealership refused to fix it saying we had to wait on Nissan. We requested they let us out of our lease, switch cars for a working vehicle, or trade the part from one of their cars so we wouldn't be stuck paying every month for a lemon. They Refused. We have been loyal customers for over 7 years and were treated horribly the ONE TIME we needed them. We caution anyone considering buying a car here. Save yourself money and stress and just DON'T

I have mixed feelings. About a week after I bought a used car from Sid Dillon, the check engine light came on and I ended up having to pay $400 for a new water pump. I think there's a reasonable expectation that when you buy from a dealership, you're getting something free of known mechanical issues which is why people buy from a dealership rather than a private seller. Furthermore, I was told during the test drive that this particular car just had a bunch of work put into it by their service people to get it ready to sell. When I had the check engine light checked it turned out the coolant tank was completely empty (because of the bad water pump). I'm not a mechanic, but I feel like that's something they should have noticed. On a positive note, the sales people at the O st location were very nice and made the whole car buying experience fast and easy.

Prior to today, I thought this was the best automotive service department in Lincoln, however, when I called to schedule my 2016 Buick Enclave into the shop to get a leak found & corrected, I was promptly informed I'd be charged a $150 diagnostic fee to determine the cause of my leak. I explained I have been a loyal Sid Dillon customer for over 12 years and had never paid a diagnostic fee to get my vehicle serviced. The reply was that I'd have to pay the fee to determine where the leak was coming from. So, I called ********, explained my vehicle has developed a leak & was told to bring the vehicle by so they could put it up on a hoist to see where the leak was coming from. I took the vehicle to them & about 20 minutes later I was told the leak was caused by a loose oil filter, it was tightened, oil level was checked, all at NO CHARGE. This filter would have been last touched by a Sid Dillon Service Tech when the oil was last changed. Sorry to say, I can no longer recommend your service department.

What this place does:- Service your vehicle- Identify the appropriate issue with your vehicle- Gladly take your money- Offer to do "maintenance" on things you don't need at this time but would double your cost of the specific visit (pretty normal thing for car repair, but lacks a lot of feel)- Offer a dealer vehicle to use because they could not complete the service on your vehicle by the requested time/dayWhat this place does not do:- Communicate well- Meet your expectations- Provide a satisfactory customer experience- Contact you when your car is or is not done (despite a requested time to be finished and the service not being done at that time. Get ready to call on your own by 4 pm when you dropped off at 8 am)- Care if you scheduled a time to drop off your vehicle and have it serviced (apparently it's first come, first serve no matter how far in advance you call. Good to know. Wish I knew earlier, or maybe when I called to set up the drop-off time)- Have your car ready on the day you expected it to be done- Understand it's okay to call a customer to provide an update, especially if it affects the customer's schedule or ability to have a car completely serviced by the requested time/dayIn short: disappointing experience. Will probably have to use them again if my car has a specific manufacturer issue. So, I'm glad they will make their money but not communicate, be proactive, or give a good customer experience on the basics.

Do not buy a vehicle from Sid Dillion. They sold my windowed mother (who I act as POA for) who is on social security only, a Honda Insight with an open dangerous recall that can cause fatalities. They lied about its inspection, saying it “passed everything” - and sold it to her anyway. They are refusing to fix the vehicle, and since the recall expired just days after her purchase, Honda isn’t obligated either. The repair is over 5k, and we can’t ethically sell it. I have worked with several used car dealerships in the past and never have I encountered this level of fraud.

I found the Acadia online, I specifically asked if there was any damage anywhere on the vehicle. The salesman Tyler, said "only a few minor door dings, scratches" which I am ok with and I asked because I was not able to go see the vehicle myself due to husband having back surgery so they brought it here. The delivery guys got the papers out and had me sign and hurried off, then I looked over the car and There was a significant break in the fender of the passenger side. To where the bar the screws should be secured to was bent completely inward. the plastic guard was broke and hanging barely an inch or two from the tire. I sent pictures right away, got a response moments ago and Tyler swore he didn't see it, you can see it clear across the drive way so if he could see scratches, he couldn't have missed this. I then got a call from the manager and he said and I quote "bring it back and we will unwind it for you because there is a shortage of vehicles I have 3 other people who would buy this car today" And "he is human he just missed it we all make mistakes" like for real? Told him I wouldn't be able to bring it down that's why I had them bring it here. He said find someone this week who could for me. No apology, no we will pay to get that fixed, nothing other than it's a cheap part 20 30 dollars that any shop could do. Completely rude and was continuously talking over me, not even listening to my concern and his only response was bring it back we will resell it because theres a shortage, there are 1000s of used vehicles for sale. I now wish I would have went somewhere local. They obviously take advantage of people.

Fast, efficient service. They found the problem immediately. They even ran the vehicle through the car wash. Have purchased 7 vehicles from here and always happy with the deals.

This was by far the best service we have had. Chad and Mike at the Nissan dealership knocked it out of the park. Had us in and out very quick and into the vehicle my wife wanted. Thanks again Chad and Mike. We will be back in the future!!
